How are these products made?
All our products are created using modern 3D printing technology. We use a specialized FDM method, where the device builds the product layer-by-layer by melting high-quality, eco-friendly PLA plastic (a starch-based material).
Many of our products are printed "in one piece," meaning their intricate joints and articulated bodies are fully flexible right off the print bed. Afterwards, we manually and very thoroughly inspect each product to ensure quality, clean details, and vibrant colors.
Can I choose the color of the dragon or animal myself?
Yes, absolutely! While our shop features a selection of our most popular color combinations, we are always open to custom requests. If you have a specific color in mind (for example, if you want a silky golden Crystal Dragon or a rainbow-colored Fox), please reach out to us via the contact form or send us an email.
Please note: With multi-color (gradient) materials, every product is unique. The exact placement of color transitions depends on the printing process, so no two dragons in the world will ever have the exact same pattern!
How does the custom order process work?
Placing a custom order is super easy! If you have a specific request regarding color, size, or even a new model that you don’t see in our shop, here’s how it works: Simply message us via the contact form or send an email describing your idea.
From there, we’ll clarify the details and provide you with an estimated timeline and price. Once confirmed and the invoice is paid, we’ll get the printers running! We will keep you updated on the process and send photos of the finished product before shipping.
Keep in mind: Custom orders may take slightly longer to produce than standard items, but the result is a unique piece created specifically with your wishes in mind.
How are orders shipped?
It is important to us that your new mythical creature arrives quickly and safely!
We primarily use parcel terminals (Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD), which is the most convenient way to receive your package at a time that suits you best.
Each product is carefully packed in shockproof material to protect it during transit.
We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation. For custom orders, we will inform you personally about the production and shipping timeline.
How can I cancel my order before making a payment?
Canceling an order is simple and can be done in two ways:
In the Cart: Before proceeding to payment, you can remove items or empty your entire shopping cart in the cart view.
At Checkout: If you have already entered your details but haven’t made a payment yet, you can simply leave the page. Your order will not become active until the payment is confirmed.
If you have already placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the items have not been shipped yet, it is possible to cancel the order and we will issue a full refund.
What if the product is broken or does not meet expectations?
Since these are 3D-printed products, we inspect every item thoroughly before shipping. However, if you discover upon opening the package that the product has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately (including a photo of the damage).
Keep in mind: In 3D printing, every product has its own "character" – visible layers and minor surface variations are inherent to the technology and are not considered defects. Additionally, the actual color tone on your screen may vary slightly from the product in real life.
